Do use an appropriate frame. Choose the frame that support head, foot and sides. Using a support frame will validate your warranty. Make sure your frame has the strong centre support that will prevent bowing or breakage.


Do rotate your mattresses periodically from end-to-end and from top-to-bottom to prolong the comfort and support. It is your responsibility to turn the mattress in this manner to ensure validation.


Do keep your bedding clean, use mattress pad. A good quality, washable mattress pad is a must to keep your set fresh.


Do carry your mattresses flat on its side. It's easier to handle and less likely to damage. If you choose to transport and installed on your own, take our suggestion before transportation.


Do replace the old foundation when purchasing the new mattresses. An old foundation may not provide sufficient support. Make sure your new mattress and foundation are properly installed in your home.


Do use a quilted mattress pad on the mattress at all times to avoid the stains.


Do open mattress when you detect it odor, leave the mattress and foundation uncovered and well ventilated for few hours.

Don't bend your mattress. It could damage your mattress. Flex rather than bend the mattress when going thru doorways.


Don't allow your mattress to get wet, because some upholstery material may compress. Protect it from water and liquid.


Don't smoke in bed and don't place it near flame or expose to fire. The mattress are not fire proof and can ignite or burn if exposed to open flame or fire, when ignited , some bedding materials can burn rapidly and emit smoke with hazardous gases.


Don't let anyone stand or jump on your mattress. It was not built for that kind of weight concentration. It could damage the inner construction structure of mattress.


Don't use dry cleaning fluid of any kind on your mattress. These chemical will damage some of the construction material. Try to use vacuuming to clean the mattress. If you are determined to tackle a strain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly.


Don't remove the tag or label. These labels serve as a means of identification to establish warranty right.


Don't put a board between the mattress and foundation.
